PROJECT 02 / Interactive prototype
CORE OS
Six products. One connected business workspace.
- Problem
- Operational decisions lose context when workforce, dispatch, marketing, and reputation tools are separate.
- My contribution
- Directed the product concept, shared workflows, approval controls, and interface through AI-assisted development.
- Working today
- Six connected product areas with shared fictional records, scenario flows, and local persistence.
- Evidence
- The walkthrough shows the current interface; the interactive demo exposes shared context and human approvals. AI and external actions are simulated.
A connected operating-system concept for people, AI employees, dispatch, marketing, reputation, and business decisions.
Challenge & context
Business decisions rarely stay inside one department.
A campaign can increase demand before Dispatch has enough coverage. A new technician changes capacity. A customer complaint can reveal a scheduling problem. CORE OS explores how those relationships can be visible in one workspace.
- Reduce the conceptual gap between separate operational tools.
- Show the source records behind recommendations.
- Keep people in control of actions that affect schedules, budgets, or public responses.

My role & approach
Design the connections before decorating the dashboard.
I shaped the product concept, cross-product workflows, and interface through AI-assisted development and iteration. I moved the visual direction toward a full-width workspace with blue accents, charcoal navigation, and larger, clearer text.
- Build around shared records, events, and approvals.
- Use linked fictional jobs, customers, employees, campaigns, and reviews to exercise the system.
- Make recommendations explainable and reversible within the demo.

Solution & key workflows
A change in one product has a meaningful effect in another.
The six products cover AI Workforce, Dispatch, Marketing Studio, Reputation Manager, Employee Onboarding, and Executive Brief. Shared approvals connect them, while Ask Core answers supported questions from the demo records.
- A ready new hire can become an available technician in Dispatch.
- Marketing growth can expose capacity risks in the executive view.
- Review investigations link back to jobs and customers; proposed actions go through human approval.

Outcome & next steps
An interconnected prototype you can actually explore.
The working demo includes six products, linked records, persistent local changes, and scenario walkthroughs. The latest interface is shown in the video above. Its AI behavior, routing, messages, performance, and business data are simulated.
- Current state: an interactive browser prototype with shared local state.
- Demonstrated value: traceable relationships and approval-driven workflows, rather than isolated screens.
- Next: durable server data, authenticated roles, transactional approvals, and carefully scoped live integrations.
